Club Reports: Silly Grape, Firestone Live, Vintage Lounge, Touch, Mojo, Independent Bar

Thursday night in O-Town, beginning with The Silly Grape in Maitland. Now that the NFL is playing Thursday night games, that is the main feature for this venue located near the Maitland office complexes!
Although DJ Vitamin C has been known to run some House music sets on Thursday nights as well!
"Ingnition Thursdays" at Firestone Live!  This night began about a year ago featuring EDM music on the main stage and upstairs and I kind of wondered how it was doing.  Well you can see the line!
Yet another line on the side of the building.
Well this is where the "kids" are on Thursdays!  The DJ's are mostly local although Alvin Risk and Knife Party have played "Ignition Thursdays" as well.
Packed beyond belief.  EDM rules!
Vintage Lounge for their Bang! Thursdays!
DJ Shock and DJ Hilton Farris (One80 Gray Goose Lounge) were tag-teaming!
The place was jammed!
The music was mostly EDM/Top 40/Dance.
DJ Shock returns next Thursday night, opening for Baby Anne!
Touch is a small club that continues to draw crowds.
DJ Marc Sparks (Vintage Lounge) on the boards spinning a bit of Hip Hop, Top 40/Dance and Dubstep.
The dance floor was pretty full during my visit!
Dropped by Mojo to confirm something I had read....that they closed!  It's going to be replaced with Florida's very first Harry Buffalo, a Cleveland-based wing chain.  You can never go wrong with Buffalo wings, let me tell you!
Final stop, Independent Bar on a Thursday night.
With Thursday night resident DJ Smilin' Dan on the boards.
A 100% different crowd than Saturday nights, until I spotted a couple I know.  Plus myself!  A 97% different crowd than Saturday nights!
But just as packed.  And a good time was had by all!
