Dance Music Dominates Halftime Show

Did you watch the Super Bowl halftime show last night?  It was dominated by Dance music as Madonna sang a number of her early 80's classic dance songs along with Nicki Minaj, LMFAO, Cee Lo Green and M.I.A.  There were no wardrobe malfunctions but we're gonna be hearing about M.I.A. flipping a bird to the television camera. The close to half-hour extravaganza featured Madonna in a black pleated skirt with black tall boots continuing to show that 53 is the new 33. The medley opened with Vogue, a mashup of Music/Party Rock Anthem/Sexy and I Know followed by Give Me All Your Lovin' and an Open Your Heart/Express Yourself mash.  Madonna finished with Like a Prayer, a song mired in controversy 30-years ago but just so right today.  She then spontaneously combusted in favor of world peace. I thought it was a great!

I think Madonna did a good job with the show. It wasn't the best half time show, but it was good. I'm impressed by how good she looks! She is going on tour this summer and we all know that her concerts are like a circus, always something going on everywhere on stage. Tickets are supposed to be starting around $250.....because, she can! Hope she doesn't forget about us and makes a stop somewhere in central Florida (unlike her last tour, only stop was South Florida.)
